Funny we would come on the topic of modafinil, I'm about to start a long term project and for the next few months, if not for the whole year, getting 8 hours of sleep will be a rare privilege. I've heard about modafinil few years back and I think I could get my hands on it easily.

Other than supplementing choline is there any other advice you could give me? How common are the side effects?

I never had side effects. I read it can do liver damaged but I took Milk Thistle Extract to fight that. Take one in the morning. Be alert all day, and could still fall asleep at night. Only used them on work days. M-F.

Also I know a thing or to about uppers. Ex meth head. Lets say it no where near as powerful. I never spent a week without sleep on modaffinil.

Cuts out the jitteriness of uppers. Some people just take it with coffee.

I have Milk Thistle and L-theanine at home, good stuff. Checked out nootropicdepot, they have great stock and prices + ship to Europe (where I am), might as well start using them.
