Depends if it's choline from grass fed/free range organic animal product or not. The China study covers a lot of this topic and it basically says meat is an extremely important staple for our diet, but unless you are an extreme athlete or warrior anything over 10% of your total diet is technically bad for you. I don't buy into it, but that's just what the book says.
