Virtually any biomass, everything you see green around you can be converted into alcohol, i.e. E100 fuel popular in Brazil. In some cars (Koenigsegg, Flexfuel Volvos and Subarus in European markets) E85 can be used, which is ethyl alcohol with 15% addition of gasoline to improve starting at low temperatures. The product of burning pure alcohol is also hydrogen and oxygen in the form of pure water vapor. As you can see, we don't need electric cars with 600kg battery or even high pressure hydrogen tanks and HHO generators. It is enough for everyone to have a small distillery in the basement. On an industrial scale, the production of alcohol from synthesis gas is the cheapest, which is cheaper than drinking water treatment.

I forgot to add that any gasoline engine can be converted to burn alcohol. It is enough to replace the seals in the fuel system with alcohol-resistant ones, sometimes shifting the ignition moment. In turbocharged engines, a side effect is a significant increase in power and torque. No additional infrastructure is needed.

The primary addition to these ho2 systems to make them full fledged overunity power sources seems to be a tesla bifilar coil. (Thats the same coil they use in our wireless chargers). The Covalent bonds let go for much less energy than traditional electrolysis.
Stanley had working patents in 50+ countries. You get that with a demonstration against patent critics. He was tested by UL and Nasa in the US. Nasa sought a contract with him.
Whatever his technology, this is absolutely not it. If you have balls bigger than your brain and a couple of bucks you can easily verify for yourself.
I'll say it again since some seem to not understand remedial science. This is certainly not such a technology. This requires more energy than you will ever get back out. Utility in this type of technology is for things like plasma cutters without requiring gas storage tanks. You simply create what you need as you need it.
