I have a small electric motor that i repaired. It was filled with oil, I assume a dielectric. Ive read people used to put mineral oil inside motors. Anyone have any experience with it?

I know people use to immerse electronics in for cooling. I'd guess it would probably be okay, but don't do it based on my report alone.
