I just bought this house so I wouldn't burn it down, but I'd probably cover it in a air tight bag for at least a few months. The come in and bleach the shit out of everything.

Good luck on the house buying, it literally too me threatening a law suit to get my mortgage. I mean it worked I got the rejection letter a week after I moved in. So don't be afraid to be forceful if you have too. Banks will fuck you if they can.
