The self discipline of doing them EVERY DAY. I like that challenge. So I did them today. I'm setting a goal of 30 days.
It has been around for awhile and honestly I've always thought it was kinda dumb. I do many different exercises such as pull-ups and weights. Why should I do 100 push-ups? I read a post about the self discipline aspect and it piqued my interest.
