10 sets of 12 on each of my 4 workout days

This was easy to do as the sets were small and also spread out but I do feel very worn down.

I'm going to rest 2 days before my next test day. And I'm also probably going to dial down the volume a little next week.

It is a dumb challenge. Three weeks was enough for me.

Yeah the more i look at it getting to a 100 pushup set from less than 20 in only 7 weeks requires a ridiculous increase in endurance each week. But I'm interested to follow the other people who signed up for the challenge and see what happens.
