I'm repeating my first week's routine yet again:
Day one: Success (just). Completed the recommended reps for all sets while sticking to the recommended rest times.
Day two: As above, just managed to complete the recommended reps for all sets while sticking to the recommended rest times.
Day three: As above. Even though I'm getting it done, I'll probably repeat the routine next week. Will see if can build up a bit of a buffer on the last set and avoid being teased about the sounds of childbirth.

Day 1: 120 pushups (10 sets of 12)
Day 2: 120 pushups
Day 3: 120 pushups
Day 4: 120 pushups
