I put these up in my gym and use them to change up my routine on a regular basis. There is bodyweight exercises, lifting , stretching and everything else you can think of. It makes finding something you enjoy doing really simple and gives you a lot of ideas. It will make it really easy for you to throw together a routine. Just pick 3 you are interested in to start and develop some consistency with that. Doesn't matter what it is.
