How long have you gone for with water fasting? I once did 48 hours for fun, and I never did it again. 16 is more than enough for me.

It's like an 19 hour fast if you do one meal a day and feast for 5 hours. Works for me. When I get a lot of projects going its an easy rhythm to get into. Better then the alternative which used to be 24 hr snacking until projects are done.
