Nice work. I did 5min of lunges and 5min of squats wearing my fire line pack, 150 kettlebell push-ups in sets of 25, 200 situps, 3 sets of 15 pullups, and a 5min abdominal plank. I've never done any traditional lifting or had a gym membership.

Keep it up. Body weight exercises are fine if that's what you have.

Did you balance the kettlebell on your back? Also, how much weight was the kettlebell?

I did push-ups holding onto the kettlebells, not with them on my back.

I did 8 16oz. curls and 1/2lb lasagna intake.I feel great.
