This exercise is called the no-knock. No real heavy weights since I don't have anything beyond a 75lb kettlebell.
10 minutes of squats
10 minutes of lunges
10 minutes wallsit
All with 2 plates (of body armor), loaded mags, your rifle, and a sidearm.
You don't have to be a champion lifter. Just do something.
