I eat typically food I cook myself. Some combination of pork belly, pork chops, flap steak, beef pork burgers, pork beef sausage, eggs, various fruits, Brussel sprouts, broccoli, spinach, oatmeal, blueberries, soda waters, lemons, Chia seeds, hemp seeds, granola bars, tuna/ salmon, frozen pizza, bell peppers, jalapeños, tomatoes, cucumbers, ginger, garlic, Greek yogurt full fat, whole cream, lard, ghee - clarified butter, chicken wings/thighs/legs, salmon filets with skin, keto ice cream bars, keto buns, quinoa, tortilla chips, organic salsa, Tabasco, chulula sauce, canned soups, protein flapjacks, rice cereals, almond milk, pasta sauce, zucchini, black forest ham, keto bread, pickles, cottage cheese, stir fry veggies, spinach and mozzarella ravioli, canned soups.
