I'm making some fitness goals. I'm approaching middle age and wouldn't say I'm too out of shape. I get lots of cardio in but that's about it. I haven't done situps or push-ups in years. I'm not a fat slob, but I'm the skinniest fatboy you'll ever meet. I'm 6' 165lbs.
How many pushups and situps are a realistic goal to reach by spring? Also, anyone else wanna join this goal?
