Recipe by Taesha Butler, the natural nurturer. I was worried at first, but she's white. She's a big fan of unexpected veggies. I'm trying to get the kids to eat new things. Called these Oscar the grouch cupcakes. They don't taste bad, but you get hit with that kale aroma/taste right before the bite. After that... Not bad. Used blueberries cause I didn't want to waste chocolate chips on kale.

You don't gotta sell me on kale being garbage, just figured I'd try the recipe since I'd enjoyed others.

I love that moment of dread that hits the morning after roasted beets. "Am I dying, or... oh, beets"
