Fair enough. I almost switched careers midstream to became a trauma surgeon. I loved everything about it; spent countless hours volunteering in a level 1 trauma center. Ultimately I decided that being at home with my young kids was more important than pursuing professional satisfaction, so I remain tied to my desk…. All that said, I love the work and the stories. I find that stuff morbidly fascinating.
