Well, that is probably the 3rd's cut and is mostly fat and each "sandwich" probably has the meat from about 3k pigs in it. So... Still goyslop /s/wd40food

I have one in the deep freeze right now that I am deciding if I should smoke it or just cook it in the oven. Ill probably do it after the new year. Before the BBQ people complain, it comes frozen from the butcher, I know, I know, I know...
