hard to beat the government money printer. Some places like Wendy's are paying 18$/hr now with a 1000$ sign on bonus just to find people, and they still cant. I don't even know what Biden is giving these people, but holy shit, the collapse is imminent at this point, this shit is not fucking sustainable
