Like the constitution means a damned thing in 2021. This type of talking point is typical of conservative political candidates and pundits. It’s a dead end. It is pantomime. Designed to get you nowhere yet leaving you feeling like something is being done. If the Republicans gave a shit about abortion they would have banned it decades ago. But they won’t, it’s a good fundraising issue and handy to use as a distraction. Republicans themselves took a huge shit on the constitution with the Patriot Act and have been merrily chipping away at it ever since. The Republicans and Conservative Inc do nothing for us except distract and mollify. They exist to lose. They exist to tell us our losses are somehow actual moral victories. They exist to eternally tell us “Next time we will win”. For an excellent example of treasonous shithole Republicans look no further than Ron Johnson who took time out of his golf game to release a statement shitting all over the protest in Waukesha where, in the aftermath of the Christmas parade terror attack, residents and activists rallied against anti-White hatred and violence.
