Anyone that actually believes gun control has ever 'controlled' a single criminal is a moron. I am assuming a warrant to crash a door is because there is a criminal behind it and thinking That criminal Cares if he is 'allowed' to have a firearm is moronic. It would take a really stupid cop to assume there will be no firearms because of gun control.
The problem comes when there is not a criminal behind that breached door. Ordinary citizens sometimes react to violent break-ins defensively. If only there was something we could ban that would prevent deadly mistakes like this.
There is absolutely no reason for this kind of crash and burn entry unless a life and death felony is happening, and a crash at my door Will bring an armed response. Professional Judges and LEOs should know that.

The original justification arose years ago when people would flush drugs before answering the door. The home invasions during sleeping hour were thought to lessen the chance that the wicked drug fiends might "destroy evidence". All of this militarized policing arose from the war against American drug users.
