That is fairly normal for them. I use them for a reason.
Seems like it’s pretty rare to find customer support that good, and it means a lot less waiting, so I’m happy should have it Friday or Saturday
Musician's Friend is pretty good. If you're there enough, they'll connect you with a single point of sale and a dedicated rep that you know by name. They'll even sometimes toss folks a discount - but not until you're spending a lot.
They're the closest to a local music store as one can get online. If you want a guitar then they sometimes will find you a refurb and let you know when they get one in as a return. They're pretty good. I've used them for decades, though I still much prefer a local music store.
Well I’m just happy they wanted to get me the guitar as fast as possible. Nice to see them give a crap even after they have your money.
