I'm home again.

I won't be online very late.

I am pretty sure I will head off to bed soon. I didn't sleep last night. I've also used some stimulants, but I have not bothered doing any for few hours. Hopefully I'll sleep.

take 300 mg and sure will help. also eat a big greasy meal and some milk
