No, there's a number of drugs that will make you want to puke at first. Mescaline is a good example. You'll get sick, power puke, and then you know it's kicking in when your vomit starts to look like it's purple and you know damned well vomit doesn't come in that color. The firsts hit of coke will make people puke. Opiates make lots of people puke.
That goes away with familiarity and use. I love a good bell ringer that makes me feel like I'm going to toss my cookies. Fuck yeah...

You'll puke. It's awesome. Snorting is a very poor way to get maximum bioavailability. When you go to your doctor, do they tell you to snort your medication? Nah, they shove that shit into you with a needle.
In coke, it's frequently called a "bell ringer" because you'll hear a dong-dong-dong noise in your head and get tunnel vision and maybe fall over and puke. Don't worry, it either goes away rapidly or you die. It takes a lot to kill a healthy person, so it's pretty safe so long as you use reasonable precautions.
The thing with drugs is that they're really hard to take out of you after you've put them into you. So, if you put them into you, you're pretty much certain to be going the whole ride. And, when you're done puking - and that may only happen the first couple of times, you'll feel like you can lift up the front end of a VW Bus.
You take your drugs very seriously. I'd think something like that would kill me I've , and honestly I have a fear of needles its almost my only one. So I'll probably stick to smoking and drinking myself. It sounds like you feel pretty awesome after you do it though although I do have to wonder who figured that out and how.
