The whole 'loud pipes saves lives' is actually a myth. There's absolutely no difference in the statistics for accidents and fatalities.
The Ducati is loud as fuck. It's a nice loud - for like 10 minutes.

The Ducati just screamed. It spooled up really quick - amazingly quick. You could rev the engine to redline in like a literal second and a half. And the pipes were only quiet at idle. The minute you got on it, it made a bunch of noise.
It was not like a Harley with straight pipes noise, but just as loud and much higher pitched.
It sounds like what it is, a bike meant for the track.
Yeah, those racing bikes do scream very loud. A lot different than a Harley type engine. I like to take it easy and just enjoy the outdoors and the wind in my hair at like 40 mph. It gets too windy for my preference at higher speeds. There are some real nice roads along the bay I like to cruise
