That'd be N. Korea, mostly in Pyongyang.

Also... North Korea doesn't have any fat chicks!

So I have seen vehicles on the street in North Korea!

All those chicks looked to be fit and trim and attractive.

They're all hot.

And, so long as you stay in the main city (there's really only one) the roads are great. The rest are pretty fucked.

If you check the night satellite pics, Pyongyang is pretty much the only city with electricity.

Sounds about right.

I hope they let you tear up the Pyongyang roads but I somehow think they would frown upon you showing off with your fancy motorcar
