That happens fairly often. Sometimes we fake it, however. We'll toss in the tiniest of offset so that it sounds like a second guitar.

I don't do a second take.
Well, I will, but in all reality that happens very, very seldom. If it does happen, and this isn't necessarily her fault, it's almost always when I'm playing at the same time as Biff. We sometimes (often, actually) will record parts together. This helps her with some of the more advanced timing. You can sometimes hear me talking to her during the recording, but I don't think anyone has ever picked up on it. We hide that pretty well but I say stuff to her sometimes and we often are using live mics instead of direct inputs.
I've never noticed any talking in your submissions.
I usually do a second take cause I fucked up terribly and didn't make it to the end of the song.
