Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask COF, Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then .

That's way more than I make!

LOL The insurance company would love to cut me off and give me a chunk of cash to go away.

But, I'm very different than what they expected.

See, I'm not in a rush for the insurance payout. I don't actually need their money. I am in no rush to settle. I'm happier having them pay for my medical expenses. I have zero need for an insurance payout.

They're not used to that. They're used to people who want the insurance payout and want it quickly. They tossed low numbers at me for a while and then they started throwing larger numbers. They've offered me seven figures after removing the medical costs that they've already covered. I sent the letter to my lawyer and told him to tell them that wasn't enough.

LoL

You can afford to wait out the whole seven years! It's not like anyone else in your situation. Most people would probably be desperate for money

He was insured for 5 million dollars. I'm gonna get all of it.

Their first offer was the currently accumulated medical expenses and like 17k. I suspect most folks would have jumped on that.

Yeah, a paltry 17k.

I'm pretty sure it was 17k. I was pretty fucking heavily medicated at the time. I still had a live-in registered nurse at my house. I'd just come home from the hospital like a day or two before I got the first offer. So, it was early on.

17k... They expected me to settle for 17k. If they didn't expect me to settle for that amount, they'd have not offered that amount.
