Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask COF, Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then .

Also...

Why do they always say tunnels are, 'carved out of solid rock'?

Of course it was carved out of solid fucking rock. If it wasn't carved out of solid rock, then THAT would be notable. It's a fucking tunnel. Carving it out of solid rock is how you're supposed to fucking do it. In fact, a tunnel carved out of anything but solid rock is the exception!

It's like when someone dies, especially if it was a tragic death - such as a murder.

"He was a grandfather and ..."

Yup. He was old. Old people are almost always grandparents. An old person is a grandparent like 90% of the time. It doesn't make it any more tragic than 90% of all the other old people deaths. It's not news that they were a grandparent. If they weren't a grandparent, that'd be the exception. That would be news!
