i like a mix of both

There wasn't a whole lot of heavy lifting at my company. Well, at least not done by me. By the time I had to do a new data center, I had employees to lug shit around.

Once I was in a position to do so, my favorite job was data collection. We'd go out and take a bunch of metrics and then compare those with metrics taken after the fact so that we could evaluate and weight the changes we'd made.
