Well, it's probably the truth.

Hmm... It's just as I expected, a local anesthetic. It's used (in some cases) on the mucous membrane type of stuff - like eyeballs, sinus, or throats. You know how it makes you go numb when you rub it on your tongue or gums? Well, the same is true for other liquid bits - like eyeballs and shit. So, in some cases, they'll use cocaine for that.

Huh... It gets used exactly like I expected. That's either a strange coincidence, a good deduction on my part, simply logical, I've looked it up in the past, or someone told me about it in the past.
