Yeah, you learn to stock up when you live where I live. I have three chest freezers in the basement, for example.

It's not just the distance, it's also the weather. I've seen 9' of snow fall over a 10 day period. Driving to the store for beer becomes a 2 hour long task.

I have discovered what seems to be a universal truth - at least among the people I spend most of my time with.

We have one ill mod and one busy mod. My granddaughter is due here tomorrow night. COF is unable to open the thread.

With some luck (and a teeny bit more effort), I'll have something new. I can visit the thread for a bit, but I'll have company and she's a toddler and that means requiring attention.
