Oh, fuck yeah....

Hell, it might be able to be sold. I'm not sure. There may not be any laws prohibiting it and so that may mean the default is that it's allowed to be sold. I don't actually know how it works with unincorporated townships. There are no local laws, other than county laws and state laws.

No, but there are no stores in the township I live in. There are none in the territory.
