Imagine being my mechanics and getting paid to work on all this awesome stuff. I'm pretty sure I don't have to worry about either of them quitting their job.
They really should love having the chance to work on the vehicles you own, that's for sure!
LOL I also pay for their tools - which is mostly unheard of in the industry. Normally a mechanic owns his tools and pays for 'em. They get a monthly tool budget and can always just ask me for something new. They've added a really neat laser engraver and 3D printer to the shop as the last two 'big ticket' items.
