Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask COF, Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then .

They used the engine in trains and in marine applications. They fascinate me with their mechanics. I think the design is brilliant and, in its day, it was a very efficient engine. In modern times, it could probably made even more efficient. They even had giant superchargers attached to them, just so they could cram even more air into the combustion chambers.

I assume you checked out the animated gif of the engine? If not, you should.

Lemme get you a link...

Fuckin' fascinating. Well, I'm fascinated by it.

did you see this part?

" it was a highly strung unit, requiring careful maintenance. This led to a policy of unit replacement rather than repair in situ."

I did! That excites me.

Also, 'snot like I have to fix it. I've got people for that!

Imagine being my mechanics and getting paid to work on all this awesome stuff. I'm pretty sure I don't have to worry about either of them quitting their job.

They really should love having the chance to work on the vehicles you own, that's for sure!
