That's actually the plan. We've been considering doing the drive instead. We can do it in two days (more comfortably), staying in NYC overnight and making the final leg the following day. We've done that a couple of times already, but in much more comfortable cars.
We did it in a GTO and a 740il. The GTO was not all that comfortable compared to the 740il. The 740il was super comfortable and is intended to be driven along such journeys. Just lock in the cruise control at 95 and enjoy the ride.

Some of the corridor is 75 mph limits, so that's only 20 mph over the limit.
Hell, in Maine some of the (end of) the corridor is 75 and more is slated to turn 75.
The highest the speed limits get around here is 70. 75 means you can probably do up to 84 without worrying too much about getting stopped. That will save some time!
