Buy a factory? What does the factory produce?
My clothes are apparently being washed by this woman's mother, who apparently saw us getting it on last night
The factory produces nothing. It does rent out space to a number of businesses, but it no longer produces anything. It used to be a huge shoe factory.
They want to buy it and then turn it into a place where people can come to do their business, like office spaces for rent, by the day, long term, by the month, etc...
It's kinda like AirBnB but for office space.
I am not sold on the idea, especially for Wilton, Maine.
I have no idea how large a population Wilton Maine has but I can not imagine it would be large enough to support a place like that. I don't know though.
My sons asks me to ask you, do you wear True Religion clothing?
It's pretty small, but next to Farmington which has about 7000 residents and a university. So, the combined metro area might be 12,000 people.
I don't think the population is high enough to support this enterprise, but they'll be back with some more figures and projections based on similar situations. We'll meet again (via phone) in 28 days.
No... Most of the time I look like I just stepped out of an LL Bean catalog - unless I'm dressed up or dressed down. I wear a lot of sweatshirts while dressing down. I am pretty picky about the material they're made with. I don't own cheap sweatshirts. They've gotta be thick and heavy. If I'm wearing jeans, they either came from LL Bean, Levi, or possibly Carhartt. I wear a lot of chinos and cargo pants. I try to keep a pretty extensive wardrobe.
