Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask COF, Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then .

Awesome! I hope you quadrupled the mileage that car had on it. That is way too cool and awesome of a car to let sit and not drive.

Not yet. I put ~50 on it yesterday and about twice that today. So, I've put maybe 150 miles on it, roughly. (I'm guessing. I haven't actually paid all that much attention.)

I haven't yet driven it all that fast. I've taken some corners at high speed, but no really fast overall speeds.

I figured you went further than that with her. I am surprised that's all you did!. I bet she loves to run though, with all those horses how could she not

I mostly just cruised, made a few stops, and took it easy. My joy wasn't in going fast overall, but with going much faster through the twisty sections than most cars can do it without crashing. I didn't even really speed all that much.

It's supposed to rain tomorrow, so I'm not sure if I'll go out driving. There's no parade this year, so I don't get to drive in the parade this year. If I did, I'm not sure which vehicle I'd take - probably the Ferrari that's already in the garage and ready to go.

Also, I didn't just drive around. I stopped for brunch. I went to a museum. I did some shopping for some candles. That sort of stuff. I didn't just drive around the whole time.

I did go over to 201 and take a look. I didn't spot any exotics which makes me think they may not come this year.

I'm pretty convinced that the exotics show up as a part of some secret event. There are all sorts of clubs that do stuff like that. The Cannonball Run is still held, but it's in secret. The Ace Spade cross-country rally is pretty secretive. They keep the events secret because they don't want the cops there stopping people due to the publicity around the events.

So, I suspect there's some international car club that does that drive every year. I've just never had an exotic over on 201 at the time, so nobody has told me anything about it. That's my hunch, at any rate.
