They're just gonna trailer them over. It's a mostly private event run by a car club that's invite only. There's no such thing as 'general admission' for this event. It's over in a town that has ski resorts and golf courses. They're shutting a section of the resort down and having a private show.
I've got several car trailers, but I have one that's a two-car hauler and has special ramps for cars with little clearance. They'll just hook it up to a shop truck and trailer them over. There will still be some driving. They meet, greet, eat, take a drive around as a group, return, eat, drink, and get some awards before sacking out in a hotel room. They're headed over on Friday and will be back on Sunday.
They're salaried employees, so I'll just give them each different days off to make up for it. They were going to head over on Saturday morning, but the event starts at 08:00 and it's about a 1.5 hour drive away - or more, if you're hauling a trailer with 1.4 mil worth of cars on the back.
They better drive carefully
I trust them completely. Hell, they drive my cars more than I do. They know more about them than I do.
You pretty much have to trust them to give them the job you did
