Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask COF, Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then .

I learned of it from you!

Technically speaking, yes... It's easier to play John Denver's version. G D C and maybe an E or an A. Something like that. Move the capo to the 3rd fret, as memory serves.

The easiest is best when playing with Christopher. He's got the cowboy chords down pat and he's working on more all the time. He has a hard time playing a tw finger power chord for some reason. You know, like when you just lay your pointer and ring finger flat on the fret board two frets apart. He can not do that, I do not understand why

Practice will get him there. And, all he needs is the cowboy chords for the song. Literally, just G D C and I want to say E but it might be A. It might not even be more than just those three chords to do Denver's version. I'd have to listen to it again - though I suppose I could just dig up the chords.
