I have a drum brake on the rear of my motorcycle and I do know I had to adjust it near the end of the adjustment lines on there, so I think I may have to replace the shoes in there this fall or next spring. I am not looking forward to that
Take pictures as you're taking it apart. Trust me - even my guys do that. Don't just take a picture - make sure it's as clear a picture as you can. Spray that shit down with brake cleaner so that you can see everything clearly and it's unrealistic to take too many pictures along the way, you simply can't take too many pictures.
This will save you a whole lot of frustration.
Some of my non-modified older cars have period correct brakes. if I daily drove them, I'd definitely convert them to disk brakes.
They just took it for a ride to test it and it works just fine, But yeah, taking pictures as you take it apart is a great idea
LOL Did they even bother putting on new pads or anything, or did they just take it apart and kinda look at things while smoking a lot of pot?
