I may well replace mine before it gets that high. I figure I'll keep it for three years and then probably replace it. They hold their value well, so it won't be much depreciation.

As long as you don't lay them down they hold their value

I doubt I'll lay it down. I don't push it that hard and know my limitations. The only actual accident I've ever been in was entirely not my fault and absolutely unavoidable. I don't care how good a rider you are, my wreck was unavoidable. They literally popped into my lane as I was going by the RV.

So, barring that sort of wreck, I should be okay.

I had someone in a large box work truck move into my lane just the other day, luckily there was a left turn lane that I could move into quick
