She can build a house elsewhere on the property if she wants. It's not like she's gonna be broke.

They can build dedicated structures for all of it and still have room. They can even be really remote, so as to not have to deal with it. On just this plot of land, you'd be hard pressed to walk the border in a single day. You could do it, but you're not hiking for pleasure at that point. I have a full blown (albeit small, like 10 to 15 people) logging operation on my property and I don't even hear them.
