DId you get food poisoning?
It felt kinda like that, except I haven't had diarrhea. That could be the Suboxone stopping that, however. I've had real botulism twice (hospitalized) officially and that makes me most susceptible to it, not less. So, it could have been a touch - but it wasn't NEARLY as bad as botulism normally is, so I'm pretty doubtful.
Botulism is the most deadly thing on the planet. It kills you because your heart explodes while you dry heave after having evacuated your body of all liquids. It sucks dick. It's literally the most deadly thing on the planet.
your heart explodes from dry heaving? what? really?
Yeah, that's how botulism kills - or one of the ways. Your whole body is trying to violently expel any fluids and your heart ruptures in a heart attack. It's a horrible, horrible experience. You will shit out your stomach lining. After the yellow bile is gone, you try to puke and puke and puke except nothing comes up but the brownish inner linings of your stomach. Your literally expelling everything to the point where just the lining is left.
It's fucking horrible. It will kill you.
That's why I always laugh when someone says something about how they had botulism. "Oh, I had it last night. It was terrible!" No, you're out for two weeks and it takes a full six months to really get back to feeling normal. I had it once in Indiana while on the road and once in Mexico while on a trip - they flew me into San Diego for that, on a flight with a nurse. That was in like 2009 and the last time I had botulism.
The first time I got it was from a Chinese restaurant. I'm not sure about the 2nd as I'd eaten in multiple places.
Botulism is the deadliest virus on the planet. A tiny drop is enough to kill hundreds or thousands of people. It's fucking horrible.
No... No they didn't have botulism and get up and move the following day. No.... So, anyone trying to tell you that shit is a moron that has no idea what botulism is like.
There are other food-borne viruses and bacteria, but botulism ain't nothing nice.
