Read the scrolling ticker at the bottom. It was live. It is no longer live. It hasn't been live since about 14:40 my time.

I know it's not live, the sun has definitely set on them there at this hour.

They shouldn't have the live thing on there any more

It was added while it was live. To remove it would require a separate production. So, they leave it there and it means it was streamed live.

Making a 2nd production and switching to it, and uploading it, would take more time, effort, and money. So, you get what you get.

No, its not on the video where it says live, on the you tube controls themselves says live, and live chat is taking place, not a chat replay
