Like, how hard is it to finish high school? If not that, and I can understand not finishing, then you know... Working at the same job for longer than a year, or staying gainfully employed for a few years in a row. Shit like that...

They don't need to be rocket scientists with their work on Mars. Just, you know, some meaningful accomplishments.

Hell, I'm even okay with someone being an idiot (more or less okay with it), so long as they keep putting fucking effort in. Even idiots can hold a job.
