I look forward to feeling better, this aches and fever shit is not for me!
Damned right!
I've spent a lot of the time in bed. Yeah... That's how rough it has been. I'm not the kinda guy who just lounges around in bed doing nothing. In fact, I'm very much the opposite.
Hell, I haven't even 'used my time wisely'. I don't even have a bunch of extra articles written for my Linux Tips site.
I've been laying in my bed since Sunday night, only got out of bed to work a couple times on Monday, and now I have to go do some work this morning. I would rather just stay in bed, but I am getting a back ache from laying there so long
LOL Nice!
I, on the other hand, don't tend to spend much time in bed at all.
Also, I'm amazed that I still have internet. It's good and windy here. The wind is pretty decent today. I'd say that it's 20 mph steady with gusts up to 40+ mph.
Son of a bitch...
So, the shirt printing company and I have been going back and forth. See, I didn't care about getting my money back, nor did I really care that the shirts were fucked up. Yeah, it sucks, but it makes an interesting story.
What I wanted from them was for them to admit that it was their fault. They've been trying to blame it on me. This whole time, they've responded with a different service representative as I continue to smash them (not literally) in the face with facts.
No, the dashed lined around the logo is not my fault. No, I didn't add it. Yes, I have exactly the same image I used when I ordered it. No, it contains no dashes.
Well, they've been arguing this entire time.
I finally got frustrated and decided to pull the plug. BDE will no longer order merch from them. The band is already seeking new printers and there are infinite companies to go with.
So, now they're printing me up some free shirts. They should be here next week.
I'm only making one trip to the post office to ship stuff out. I can push that date back to as early as the start of the week after next.
I have two shirts, each signed. I'm getting (I'm not sure how many) replacement shirts. Those shirts could actually be worn, washed like normal, etc...
The 'best' option is to get two shirts (assuming the replacement shirts are okay). That means more waiting.
Otherwise, I'm mailing out the messed up (but signed) shirts tomorrow afternoon.
I'm actually okay with either of those choices. However, both of you need to be in agreement - 'cause I'm only going to the post office (going inside and dealing with people) once.
I'm gonna copy this message and share it with Crazy.
