I've tendered an offer to just buy his whole site and setup - assuming the admin interface isn't completely fucking retarded and the whole thing a hot mess.

We will have one major difference of opinion (and poal is absolutely welcome to use it and whatnot), in that I will allow all speech that is lawful. Yes, that includes those shitty damned-near child-porn images. No, I don't like them. Yes, I believe in free lawful speech.
I'm pretty sure I've made that abundantly clear! ;-) I love me some free speech, even if the poster is a terrible person in my opinion. Hell, I don't even want the job of providing this. I'm told that makes me the best candidate.
