All components are installed. The stock humbucker had so juju wiring from it and I added leads welp burnt both finish leads not being careful so waiting on new humbucker to arrive so all I have to do is ground sb+ run my + to lug 1 nb- c2 and sb- to c1 and I'm golden. The push pull it wired up though I think I'm going buy a buorn to replace it with since this one long thread Oops. And just need new knob for blender and I'm done woo-hoo
I haven't done any guitar modifications in a long time. If I want a new tone, I just buy a guitar that makes that tone. Compared to some of what I do, I have tons of room for guitars. I've posted pics before. I have a lot of guitars - like more than your local guitar store.
Lol one day I might get there but for now swapping parts and making Frankenstein guitars lol
It's pretty great, actually. I don't even maintain 'em myself anymore. I have a guy in Farmington and send him guitars in rotation so that he has a few of my guitars every month. I haven't even fixed my own amps in ages!
I did switch out some pickups not too long ago, but that was a rarity.
I'm old and lazy. What's the point of having a few bucks if you don't spend it in ways that free up your time to do other things? In theory, I'm retired.
