The corner was pretty blind, so it was a millisecond response time to avoid the collision.

For the past week or so, my Linux Tips site has averaged over 200 unique visitors per day.

I'm not quite sure why, but this makes me pretty happy. I think I see the hits as 'usefulness'. Meaning, the site has been of benefit to these people. A ton of my traffic comes from Google, so it's people looking for answers.

I expected pretty much zero search engine traffic, but my expectation was based on the former site. They really do hate those free .gq domain names. That's all I can safely conclude.

I got an email from the guys at the shop. The mechanics have finished going over the bikes, getting all the history, pulling the options from the VIN and build sheets, and the person who sold them must really, really fucking hate his wife - and must really, really need lawyer money.

The absolute cheapest would be the one closest to you and would have a 'low retail' value of about $8,500. The most expensive, the furthest away, has a book value (low retail) of $10,300.

I paid $7500. That's not each, that's total.

I kinda feel obligated to cut another check and send it along. I would feel more comfortable sending along a check that matched the first check. They're still worth more than that.

They must seriously fucking hate their wife.

I've heard about people getting crazy deals on things like that when someone was getting divorced before.

All I know is that he's getting divorced AND in legal trouble. I'm not positive, but I think the money was for bail. (We don't do bonds here in Maine, just bail. There's no bondsmen for it.)

Today's the shortest day of the year.

It's too bad it's not summer. LOL I'd offer you the S1000 at cost and you could ride it back home. This time of year, that'd kill you.
