If you get caught with dyed fuel in your vehicle, especially a commercial vehicle, you're facing a pretty large fine.
Just wanted to let you know that the archives are up to date, 2021 is complete.
I saw someone out in a Porsche today. The roads are still a little slick in places. They looked like they had it under control.

They test trucker's diesel at weigh stations (sometimes), It takes 20 seconds to stick a stick in the tank to see if the stuff is dyed.
I think the nozzle may be different, like how a gas pump has a different nozzle than a diesel pump. A diesel pump is too big (typically) to fit into a gasoline powered car.
That would be a tough one to get caught for in the first place though, they would have to know before they check cause I've never heard of anyone non commercial having their fuel checked randomly
